• If the listing party fails to update the status of the property (e.g., sold, rented, or off-market), Yagentz is not responsible and will not issue any refunds related to that listing.

• All fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you opt in.
• All payments and transactions made through Yagentz are final. No refunds will be issued unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
